We supply glass ceramic for boiler sight glass such as diameter 19.5mm, 20mm, 25mm etc. to meet high working temperature up 700℃ and pressure requirement. Diameter tolerance canbe ±0.1mm even to ±0.02mm.

Material: soda lime glass, borosilicate glass, aluminosilicate glass, glass ceramic and quartz glass optional.
– Soda lime glass: widely available, cheaper, working temperature up to 280 °C, DIN8092.
– Borosilicate glass: particularly suitable for aggressive environments (acids, alkalis, water vapor), working temperature up to 450 °C, DIN7080.
– Aluminosilicate glass: working temperature up to 660 °C.
– Glass ceramic: working temperature up to 700 °C.
– Quartz glass: working temperature up to 1100 °C.
