We can provide glass thickness 0.2-30mm, the most common thicknesses are 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 19mm up to 40mm. We can also polish the glass surface to the unique thickness as you required.
We can process all shapes of glasses, normally the maximum size is 3660*2440mm and the minimum size is 1*1mm.
Normally the size tolerance is ±0.2mm; can do size tolerance as customers drawings.
Yes, We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services, we can do all kinds of glass materials, edges dealings, surface processing, we always manufacture as customers’ requirements or drawings.
Sure, before series production we will provide samples until the samples get approved via customers.
Any order quantity is welcome. Just that some type of products are with higher cost for small quantity.
1. Drawing/sketch or detailed requirements for glass material, size specification, size tolerance, edge dealing, surface dealing.
2. Quantity for samples and bulk production.
The lead time varies depending on the complexity of the design and the volume of the order. However, we always strive to meet our customers’ timelines without compromising on quality. Normally, for samples order, the lead time is 5-10 working days, for mass production, the lead time is 10-15 working days.
We will refer as customers’ drawings and approved samples.

(3) Quality inspection before surface dealing
(4) Full inspection after surface dealing
