Material

Soda lime glass: widely available, cheap, working temperature up to 150 °C, DIN8092.

Borosilicate glass: particularly suitable for aggressive environments (acids, alkalis, water vapor), working temperature up to 350 °C, DIN7080, DIN7081.

Aluminosilicate glass: working temperature up to 660 °C.

Glass ceramic: working temperature 700℃

Quartz glass: with a broad spectrum light transmittance (from ultraviolet to infrared), working temperature up to 1100 °C.

Clear or mark printing; can be with different kind holes such as central hole, counterbore etc.

01 Gauge Glass Material

We offers different glass material options such as soda lime glass, borosilicate 3.3 glass, quartz glass and aluminosilicate glass for customized sight glass and gauge glass to meet specific customer’s requirements. Each material has its unique properties, and the choice depends on the specific requirements of the application.

Soda-lime glass: widely available, cheap, working temperature up to 150 °C, DIN8902.
