We supply small round sight glass disc such as diameter 19.5mm, 20mm, 25mm etc. to refrigerant sight glass with different materials such as soda lime glass, borosilicate glass, glass ceramic etc. to meet different working temperature and pressure requirement. Diameter tolerance canbe ±0.1mm even to ±0.02mm; pressure can be 2000kgf.

Material: soda lime glass, borosilicate glass, aluminosilicate glass, glass ceramic and quartz glass optional.
– Soda lime glass: widely available, cheaper, working temperature up to 280 °C, DIN8092.
– Borosilicate glass: particularly suitable for aggressive environments (acids, alkalis, water vapor), working temperature up to 450 °C, DIN7080.
– Aluminosilicate glass: working temperature up to 660 °C.
– Glass ceramic: working temperature up to 700 °C.
– Quartz glass: working temperature up to 1100 °C.
Diameter: 10-420mm. For refrigerant sight glass, normal diameter 19.5mm; 20mm; 25mm etc.
Thickness: 1-30mm. For refrigerant sight glass, normal 3-6mm.
Diameter Tolerance : ±0.1mm; canbe ±0.02mm
